MFDA Legislative Update, March 15, 2017

HB 465 by Rep. White that extends the repealer for the State Board of Funeral Service was stripped of the grandfather clause in the Senate, concurred by the House, and has been sent to the Governor for signature!  Pending the Governor's signature, the legislation will become effective July 1, 2017.
